Tenders for EU funds are published on the websites of implementing agencies and various Ministries of the Republic of Croatia. The tenders are open for 3 months and have the set goals required by the announced tender.
The method of applying for projects is always defined by a specific tender. The preparation of project documentation is based on the rules and practices of project cycle management used by the European Commission. Projects are implemented independently or in a partnership with one or more institutions, depending on
the conditions defined in a particular tender.
Project evaluation takes place in two parts. In the first part, the project summary is evaluated, and in the second part, the entire project proposal. Project evaluations and contract signing often take more than 6 or even 12 months.
Creating a project is a demanding job where, in addition to a good idea, you also need a more detailed analysis. The project design uses a number of details that require a good knowledge of the conditions of iimplementation, in order for the project proposal to be in accordance with the requirements and rules of the tender, and to be approved and realistic for funding.
The project development proposal is made for each client individually, and together with the consultants, the project idea is analyzed, corrections and improvements for a specific tender are proposed. With the clients we sign a project development agreement and assist you from the first to the last step in this process.
It will be our pleasure for you to contact us with your ideas, in order to turn them together into a successful project proposal. When you find out that your project has passed the tender successfully and sign the grant agreement, you will need to start the project implementation. You have reached the goal, your project has been recognized and accepted, and now the real challenges await you.
The entire EU project is a process made up of a set of rules defined by a grant agreement. You are a EU grants beneficiary and you have obligations for public procurement under the EU rules andgrant agreement. All parts of the agreement such as project financial management, reporting, quality assurance require a serious approach.
You must keep in mind that the grant becomes non-refundable only after the the final report approval. In the project implementation, there are a number of problems related to ineligibility of funds spent, incomplete financial statements and improper procurement procedures. Unfortunately, such activities lead to funds withdrawal from the European Union.
